Account data: when you sign up we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.

Content data: the video descriptions, topics, niches, hooks, scripts, and prompts you submit so our AI can generate results for you.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device/browser information collected to keep the product reliable and improve it.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as dismissed banners), and maintain your session.

We do not sell your data and we do not use cookies for cross-site advertising. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Subscription and one-time payments are processed by our payment providers, Dodo Payments and (for crypto) NOWPayments. Card and crypto details are entered on their secure checkout and are never stored on Viralora's servers.

We retain a record of your plan, transaction status, and billing email to provide access and support.

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted processors that power Viralora: Supabase (authentication and database), Groq (AI generation), Vercel (hosting), and the payment providers named above.

These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below, and where appropriate we'll notify you in-app or by email.
